This is achieved by using a computer-supported tank and silo management program. All inflows and outflows are successively booked and
and all ingredients in the production plan are documented at the production station. Using the tank and silo management program, it is
always easy to establish which batch was used in which product. Containers are sealed to prevent any manipulation during the transport
and storage phases.
All products carry an individual batch number and an expiration date. The products to be delivered are issued with a EAN-128 barcode to
simplify data entry and evaluation during the entire transportation process. During the filling and delivery phases, retained samples
are created that can be stored for between three months and four years. The analysis certificates, specifications, credentials, kosher
certificates and GVO confirmations from our suppliers as well as inspectation, production and filling records are stored for 10 years
and are assigned to the individual batches.
